De Canabis sector heeft nog een lange weg naar recovery te gaan, en zal voor een stuk zeker Enwave meetrekken, ENW zit immers ook in de cannabis ETF THCX

Ik denk dat er veel verkopen om in cannabis aandelen te stappen. Daar is meer kans om een goed rendement te halen, te weinig mensen kennen dit aandeel.

Vermoedelijk winstnames van mensen die ingestapt zijn sinds de dip mid maart? Van 0.6 naar 1.06 CAD is meer dan 75% stijging; kan me voorstellen dat het dan wel eens kan kriebelen om te verkopen.
Het huidige niveau kan dan +/- de nieuwe bodem onder het aandeel zijn in afwachting van meer positief nieuws (o.a. US Army deal).

EnWave Signs First Commercial Royalty-Bearing License for Cannabis Processing in the United States

EnWave Corporation (TSX-V:ENW | FSE:E4U) (“EnWave” or, the "Company") announced today that it has signed a commercial royalty-bearing license (the “License”) with GentleDry Technologies (“GentleDry”).

GentleDry is an Oregon-based drying solutions company that will focus on servicing legalized cannabis cultivators across the Pacific Northwest region of the United States. EnWave’s Radiant Energy Vacuum (“REV™”) dehydration technology provides an attractive value proposition for the drying of cannabis and hemp biomass, including faster drying, increased precision and lower costs.

Concurrently with the signing of the License, GentleDry purchased a 10kW REV™ machine from AvoLov, LLC (“AvoLov”). AvoLov and GentleDry are affiliated through common ownership.

AvoLov, a licensed partner of EnWave, is now leveraging REV™ manufacturing capacity at one of EnWave’s international licensed partners to co-manufacture its shelf-stable avocado-based snacks and ingredients.

For EnWave, a supplier of equipment that embodies years of research and development, patented innovation, know-how and, particularly, a recent process patent specifically for the drying and decontamination of cannabis, the U.S. market presents a significant opportunity. EnWave plans to license its technology to companies that operate within legalized frameworks at State, Municipal and other non-federal regulatory levels.

Arizona, Montana, New Jersey and South Dakota all approved recreational use of cannabis in the recent U.S. Federal election. Mississippi and South Dakota also voted recently to adopt medical cannabis. The addition of these five States brings the total to thirty-four States that have legalized medicinal and/or recreational cannabis.

EnWave Signs Equipment Purchase Agreement with GEA Lyophil GmbH and advances Joint Pharmaceutical Technology Development
Vancouver, B.C. / November 13, 2020

EnWave Corporation (TSX-V:ENW | FSE:E4U) (“EnWave” or, the "Company") announced today that it has signed an Equipment Purchase Agreement (the “Agreement”) with GEA Lyophil GmbH (“GEA”) to deliver a lab-scale Radiant Energy Vacuum (“REV™”) machine for the demonstration and development of REV™ technology for pharmaceutical applications.

GEA will use the equipment to advance the commercialization of the technology for pharmaceutical applications. The lab-scale machine will be made available for trials with prospective pharma-industry purchasers of large-scale microwave-assisted lyophilization equipment. This machine will also be used for internal evaluation and technology advancement activities at GEA. This will allow GEA to better showcase EnWave’s technology to pharmaceutical companies as a first step in evaluating the merits of adopting larger-scale capacity.

GEA intends to install the customized lab-scale REV™ machine at its pilot facility in Hürth, Germany.

In January 2020, EnWave and GEA announced a Joint Development Agreement, where the companies agreed to work closely to combine GEA’s leading pharmaceutical industry manufacturing capabilities with EnWave’s patented microwave-assisted lyophilization technology. GEA is a global leader in the design, manufacture, and installation of GMP equipment to the pharmaceutical sector, and is working with EnWave to incorporate REV™ technology into its suite of products. EnWave’s pharmaceutical technology allows for a rapid and controlled drying process for sensitive vaccines and biological compounds.

Under the terms of the Joint Development Agreement, GEA will be responsible for the design, manufacture and sale of any large-scale REV™ equipment sold to the pharmaceutical sector, and EnWave shall earn an undisclosed royalty based on the revenue generated.
