Llama Group zet zijn opmars voort in de aanloop naar de wereldwijde lancering van het nieuwe Winamp-platform dat gepland staat voor 28 februari.
Op Twitter zag ik dat de oprichter van Tech Crunch, een van de belangrijkste tech media ter wereld, lijkt te zeggen dat wat komen gaat geweldig zal zijn.

Beweging is krachtig!
We zijn nog maar een week verwijderd van de lancering van de nieuwe Winamp die zeker gepaard zal gaan met een zeer brede marketing, en daarnaast zullen de technische media natuurlijk commentaar geven op het nieuws.

Heb nooit gesnapt waarom dit aandeel zo begon te stijgen (koers x 13), moet toch zware manipulatie zijn.
Of zie ik iets over het hoofd.
Groep had winstgevend onderdeel (Targetspot) en zwaar verlieslatend onderdeel (Winamp) met 23 miljoen schulden.
Ze verkopen targetspot en gaan verder met winamp die 1.1 miljoen omzet draaide in de eerste helft van 2022 maar 1.7 miljoen verlies draaide.
Ze zullen 7.5 miljoen cash krijgen in 3 schijven en Azerion-aandelen van 19,1 M€ (ofwel 2.782.644 Azerion-aandelen)
Helaas zullen ze de schulden niet fors kunnen afbouwen door die azerion aandelen te verkopen want daar is de beurskoers zeer fors gezakt. (waarde pakket aandelen daalde van 19 naar 9 miljoen euro).
Toen ik vorige jaar aan het bedrijf vroeg wat de plannen waren met winamp zeiden ze proberen te verkopen of in het slechtste geval stoppen moesten ze geen overnemer vinden.
Dus blijft klein onderdeeltje over die zwaar verlieslatend is (en men vanaf wou), pakket aandelen in azerion van 9 miljoen (op dit moment) en wat cash tegenover nu al 23 miljoen schulden. Maar toch steeg de beurswaarde van 3 miljoen naar kleine 36 miljoen.

Wat Winamp bereidt, is enorm. Het doen van de financiële administratie heeft hier geen zin. Het is als een tech-startup die op het punt staat een nieuw concept van sociale netwerken tussen artiesten en fans te lanceren met als doel de macht en controle terug te geven aan artiesten. Bekijk de Netflix-serie ''The Playlist'', je begrijpt het wel. Ik blijf stevig vasthouden aan mijn acties, ik denk dat ze veel meer waard zijn.

ik heb uw vragen voorgelegd aan de CEO, hij liet verstaan dat alle opties voor Winamp op tafel liggen: een verkoop draagt nog altijd zijn voorkeur weg maar een stopzetting behoort ook tot de mogelijkheden. Eenmaal Winamp verkocht of stopgezet, zal het bloeden waarover u spreekt snel stoppen aangezien Targetspot op zich zo goed als winstgevend is.
Maar volg het niet meer dus er kan van alles gebeurd zijn.

Llama Group heeft niet meer dezelfde scope als Targetspot, ze gingen all-in op Winamp. Daar is een reden voor, en als je in het mp3-tijdperk bent geweest, zou je dat moeten begrijpen. Winamp is enorm populair over de hele wereld. Wat het nieuwe Winamp biedt is uniek (zie de site) en voldoet aan de hoge verwachtingen van artiesten. De FanZone is gebaseerd op een concept geïntroduceerd door Patreon dat in de miljarden wordt gewaardeerd voor ongeveer 200.000 makers op zijn platform. De CEO kondigde kalm aan dat hij mikt op 1 miljoen makers op de nieuwe Winamp, wat enorm is. Als slechts 10 of 20% van deze doelstelling wordt behaald, moet het bedrijf minstens enkele honderden miljoenen euro's waard zijn en daarom heb ik erin geïnvesteerd.

Principion is Azerion’s largest shareholder.
Based on the information available and the information provided by co-CEO Atilla Aytekin, he decided, in close consultation with the Supervisory Board, that the interests of the Company and its stakeholders are best served by him temporarily stepping aside at this moment in time from his duties and responsibilities as co-CEO of the Company.
The operational leadership of the Company remains with Azerion’s Executive Committee and broader leadership team, with Umut Akpinar as CEO and Ben Davey as CFO. This is a continuation of the current day-to-day practice for organic and inorganic activities. The team remains focused on fulfilling Azerion’s strategy and dedicated execution of the business plan.
The AFM approached Azerion on Tuesday 7 March 2023 to obtain information. The Company is fully available to answer any questions of the AFM.
The Supervisory Board has installed a Special Committee to steer the process and to be kept fully informed.
The Company is limited in its possibilities to provide further information pending the investigation, and will share information if and when appropriate.
